Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the filber Platform in any manner — including browsing game lobbies, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by filber that are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and filber. We recommend that you save or print a copy for your records. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with a translated version.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the filber Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age of 21 is the applicable standard for casino-style online gambling in the Philippine market. filber strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to request age-confirming documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling platforms is not prohibited under Applicable Law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of filber, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless separate written authorization has been granted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have a filber account that is under suspension or permanent closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must register using your own real identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.

filber reserves the right to refuse access or close accounts where eligibility requirements are found not to be met, at any time and without prior notice.

Account Registration & Management

To access real-money games on filber, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following account rules apply at all times:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one filber Account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. filber will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify filber immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Password Requirements: Your filber password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): filber strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account. Once enabled, a one-time passcode is required on each new device login. filber shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to enable 2FA.
• Account Currency: filber Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

KYC & Identity Verification

filber is required by Applicable Law to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals or at any point determined necessary by filber in its reasonable discretion. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Required Documents. Players must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include: the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, driver's license (LTO), voter's ID (COMELEC), or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID will also be required.

Processing Time. KYC submissions are reviewed within one (1) business hour during standard Philippine business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday). Weekend submissions may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

Failure to Verify. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. filber reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is completed to its satisfaction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

filber supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to the filber Wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. filber does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which filber bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Players must have completed KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. filber reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method in your own name. filber will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• filber reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly in relation to bonus-funded play.
• In the event that a deposit is made by error or fraud, filber reserves the right to reverse the transaction and recover any funds disbursed in connection with such a deposit.
• filber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or events beyond filber's reasonable control.

Anti-Money Laundering. filber complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players are prohibited from using the filber Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

filber offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, cashback on net losses, free spins, and daily mission rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the filber Promotions page and the general conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the relevant promotion terms. Generally, live dealer games and table games contribute at a lower percentage than slots.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unwagered bonus credits expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins: Wins derived from bonus credits may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the specific promotion terms. filber reserves the right to cap bonus-derived winnings at its discretion.
• filber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the filber Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing real-money bets. The following general gameplay provisions apply to all games on filber:

• All bets are final once confirmed. filber will not reverse bets placed by a player who claims to have made an error after the bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display error — filber will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets for that round will typically be voided and returned to the player's Wallet.
• Displayed odds, paylines, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term statistical figures derived from certified game audits. Short-term results will naturally vary from these figures.
• filber uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG certificates are available upon reasonable request.
• In live dealer games, the result of a round is determined by the physical outcome observed on camera. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result and the physical result, the physical result as determined by filber's review of the recorded footage shall prevail.
• Sports betting markets are governed by additional sportsbook rules published in the sports section of the filber Platform. Bet settlement is subject to official results from recognized governing bodies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one filber Account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with filber.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic method to manipulate, predict, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, malfunctions, or undocumented game behaviors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, filber employees, or third parties to gain an advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker or other multi-player formats.
• Using the filber Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing filber from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies to mask your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward filber staff or other players through the Platform's chat or messaging features.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to extract source code from the filber Platform or any game hosted thereon.

Intellectual Property

All content on the filber Platform — including but not limited to the filber brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of filber or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the filber Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any filber content without the express prior written consent of filber.

Privacy & Data Protection

filber collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed in full by filber's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that filber may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by Applicable Law or necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by filber, subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests may be submitted through filber's live chat support channel.

Responsible Gaming

filber is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all filber players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total net losses incurred within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During a cool-off period, the Account login is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the filber Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed following completion of any required verification.

Account Suspension & Termination

filber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold any balance therein, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being accessed or operated by an unauthorized third party.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, filber reserves the right to retain any balance that represents proceeds of prohibited conduct. Any uncontested withdrawable balance (i.e., funds deposited and not linked to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) may be returned to the player following investigation, at filber's discretion.

You may close your filber Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our live chat support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course following account closure request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, filber's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

filber shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions outside filber's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own Account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of whether filber had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a player using the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude filber's liability for death or personal injury caused by filber's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and filber, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through filber's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted through the live chat support channel and will receive a substantive written response within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players retain their rights under Philippine consumer protection laws.

Amendments to These Terms

filber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, filber will provide reasonable notice to affected players via registered email address or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date the current version came into force. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the filber Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
